This pony was done for a trade with Isabella. She wanted this pony to look like she was playing in the snow, and catching snow flakes on her tongue.
I did my first and LAST full body repaint on this girl, after failed attempts at dying. This pony has probably been my most challenging project so far! I just seemed to keep running into problems!
But she turned out quite beautiful, even if I do say so myself! She was originally a third generation Hasbro My Little Pony. She was taken apart, and all factory paint and hair removed. She was then fully repainted in a icy blue, and given snow gradients on her legs and muzzle. She was rehaired with a blend of blues, black, and white. Her wings and tongue are hand sculpted and painted. Her snowflake designs and eyes were handpainted. :)
